I’ve been working with Lacey for just over 3 months now, I’ve had amazing results and I’m happy with how an easy adjustment it was to eat the way she was teaching me. I’ve learned so much in regards to food and no longer feel like bread and carbs are the enemy.

I can’t express enough gratitude in @lace_rhodes help getting here. I was checking out my 2-year old progress photos the other day, and I was so thin at the time and still didn’t think I was lean enough. I still had that bit of fat on my stomach and the backs of my legs and I would eat less and less every day to try to get rid of it. In the past three months, I’ve learned to be flexible, learned to eat without tracking my macros if doing so wasn’t an option, learned to eat without having it all planned out, learned that my body can (and does) in fact respond quite well to a minor deficit and I don’t have to cut everything out to reach my goals. I definitely still had, and will have, those days where I panic that I’m not progressing or that I’m not where I should be, but now I have the tools to make sure those days are fewer and farther between.
The one-on-one nutrition I would 100% recommend, Lacey is brilliant at creating personalized goals and helping you stick to them, and though she makes the process manageable, the results will have you feeling like you’re a nutrition superstar.
Started working with Lacey one on one with my nutrition and a switch went off and it just clicked, we dialed in my nutrition and as of today, I’m down to 190lbs, 39.5”chest, 33.75 waist and 39” hips …..haven’t been anywhere near that since high school and I’m 38 yrs old!! Even with the summer shenanigans and I like to have fun and I enjoy my beer, I wouldn’t lose sight and would get back on track right away. I also realized just the other day that my resting heart rate is 48 bpm, that just came to a surprise to me.
